Terms of Use for Skeyti

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Webtastic LLC ("Webtastic," "we," "us") governing your use of the Skeyti application (the "App"). By using Skeyti, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What Skeyti Is
Skeyti lets you record a short video and share it as a private, expiring link. Videos you record and send are your content ("User Content").
2. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and send. You agree not to create, send, or share content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to use Skeyti to harm, harass, or impersonate anyone.
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior
Skeyti has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content reported as objectionable may be removed, and users who create or send such content may be blocked from sending further clips, without notice.
4. Reporting
Every shared clip includes a way to report it. Reports are reviewed and objectionable content is removed. You can also contact us at [email protected].
5. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
Skeyti is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for User Content or for any damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post any changes here and update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
